This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a focus in politics, government, marketing, advertising, or communications to learn marketable skills in digital politics. If you’re eager to learn, organized, and creative, you may be the right candidate!
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Draft and edit outbound email and ad copy
- Build, send, and monitor blast emails
- Create and update email and ad reports
- Help with the development of creating ads
- Perform market research
- Assist teams with client services
Candidates should have experience writing, a keen eye for proofreading, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and a passion to learn digital marketing and Democratic politics. Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salsa, NGP, and BSD and demonstrated analytical abilities will be a plus. Interns should be available to work a full-time schedule during the summer and will be offered a stipend as compensation. Current undergraduates may instead accept academic credit if desired.
