Last week, we were lucky enough to head to Planned Parenthood’s 2015 Annual Gala, joined by some close friends. In the 2014 cycle, we’re proud to have worked with Planned Parenthood to defeat a personhood amendment in North Dakota and run ad campaigns in North Carolina and Minnesota, so we were especially excited to help PPFA celebrate another year.

We had a great time hearing from some of our progressive favorites and we wanted to share some of our favorite moments from the night:

We got to spent the night with some of our favorite people from EMILY’s List, League of Conservation Voters, Russo Strategies, the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, and Geer.

Retta (Donna Meagle from Parks & Recreation) hosted and was amazing and hilarious and we all want her to be our best friend.

Speaking of, Kelsey met Retta and took a picture with her during the gala and we’re pretty sure that means they’re actually best friends now.

We got to see Jenny Slate, Gillian Robespierre and Elisabeth Holm, the amazing women in charge of last year’s film Obvious Child.

Molly and Annie had the chance to meet Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards! She was incredibly nice to us and thanked us for our work in 2014.

Also, Salt-N-Pepa performed, but we were too busy dancing to take any pictures.

Thanks Planned Parenthood! We had fun, and can’t wait to keep fighting with you in 2015 and beyond.
