They can blend roles as a senior digital strategist, political consultant and manager. The Associate Director is responsible for assisting the director in new business projects, team management, client strategy and department development. Staff Assistant

The Staff Assistant will support the Partners and COO by aiding with the efficient, streamlined internal operations of the firm, and providing general staff support.   • Able to work and communicate within a team structure while able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of online advertising platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords, and Google DoubleClick preferred.

  • Passion for politics, technology, and digital media
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Competency with Mac and PC computers including troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge
