Rising Tide Interactive’s Director of Client Strategy is a member of our senior staff who leads the day-to-day operations of our client-facing department. As Director of Client Strategy, you will work with Lead Strategists and Account Managers to find solutions for our clients’ needs across email marketing, digital advertising, and social media. You’ll also work to set and implement processes that allow for our team to be as efficient as possible.


As a member of our team, you will:
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow of the client strategy department, working with a diverse array of political, advocacy, and nonprofit clients
  • Manage, hire, and train Lead Strategists and Account Managers throughout the department
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set the direction of the department and other company initiatives
  • Work to ensure that our offering across verticals are innovative and sufficient to exceed client expectations
  • Produce proposals, pitch new business, and mentor direct reports in developing new business skills
We’re looking for:
  • Someone who has at least five years of experience in digital marketing
  • A passionate team member who is excited about our progressive clients, ideally with experience in political organizations
  • Someone who has a background managing a multi-person team and navigating agency-client relationships

  • This position is based in our office in Washington, DC.
  • Currently Rising Tide Interactive offices are closed and all employees are working remotely. For the right candidate, we are open to this role remaining remote throughout the election cycle.
